We are hiring: Channel Inside Sales Manager (B2B) in Cybersecurity

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full sales process for license renewals in the Baltics;
  • Assess incoming leads and qualify potential opportunities;
  • Assist the in-house Partner Channel Sales team;
  • Handle other customer and partner-related tasks;
  • Continuously train in the represented vendor portfolio and stay informed about the competition.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year in B2B sales or customer service;
  • Willingness to dive in IT, cybersecurity field;
  • A positive “can-do” mindset;
  • Problem-solving abilities & good task prioritization skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs;
  • Background in Business Management or a related field;
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking);
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a driver’s license would be an advantage.
