Hermitage Solutions and Kiteworks brought together professionals in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania for business breakfasts focused on protecting sensitive data and maintaining control as AI becomes part of everyday work.
Kiteworks provides a platform for secure file sharing, email encryption and managed file transfer, helping organisations control, track and audit sensitive data exchanges.
The programme explored how to use ChatGPT, Copilot and AI agents while keeping data use auditable and within defined policies. Discussions also covered data privacy, DORA requirements for regulated industries, and CMMC and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) considerations for Baltic organisations working with defence supply chains.
Participants explored Kiteworks’ Data Policy Engine and saw a live demonstration of how a file transfer that violates policy is blocked and recorded in the audit log.
Networking, table discussions and Q&A gave attendees an opportunity to share challenges and explore practical approaches to secure, compliant data exchange.
